Central Coast Eyecare have been providing eyecare services to the local community since 1956, making us the longest running Optometric practice on the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on taking the time with each individual patient to get to know you and to provide high quality and thorough eye examinations, in order to provide tailored advice to our customers individual needs.

We value being able to look after all our patients' individual needs. Everyone is different and our Optometrists have the freedom to take the time to understand each patient and then prescribe a product or service to suit their needs, without restrictions.

The Central Coast is a beautiful place to live. It has some of the best beaches in NSW, awesome bush and countryside as well as a thriving CBD in Gosford. It's really the best possible mix of city and country.

Philip Crossfield
Philip Crossfield has been practicing since 1993. He has always been interested in scientific and medical matters and desired a career that would allow him to combine this passion with relating to people and helping them. Optometry was a fitting career choice to achieve both goals.
Katy Casey
Practising since 1995, Katy was always keen on science subjects at school and having worn glasses since she was 15 years old, optometry seemed like a good option. Katy is both professional and caring to her patients.
Sarah Tait
Optometry combines both my loves, science and meeting new people, and it is a rewarding and challenging career. After volunteering recently for Cambodia Vision it was made clear to me how lucky we are in Australia to have access to great healthcare.

I decided to become an Optometrist after I picked up my first pair of glasses at 13 years old. I could see leaves on trees, blades of grass and my friends faces from a distance! I felt so happy & wanted to give the same experience to others. I am a loyal partner to my wife Anna & proud father to our 2 sons Oscar and Owen. I am a long time football (the round Ball!) fan and runner.

Eunice has always valued getting to meet new people, and enjoys how this could be incorporated into her optometric career where she aims to provide quality care for people’s vision to improve their everyday lives.

Andrea found her passion for optometry through connecting with people and ensuring their visual health. She is committed to holistic and patient-centered eye care.
Giving back
We support several charities both local and national such as Optometry Giving Sight, Rotary events for children with special needs, as well as supporting several local sporting clubs. We also are one of the few practices on the Central Coast which provides subsidized glasses for people on low income through "Vision Australia'', and we also visit several nursing homes locally to provide eye care to the elderly.
