Bill Evans Optometrists is a locally owned optometry practice with highly attentive and caring staff, operating in Coolum Beach for over twenty years. We are focused on delivering you excellence in eye care so you enjoy a lifetime of healthy sight. We provide a large selection of frames from designer to value options, and only use quality lenses from the best optical laboratories in Australia. We offer a full range of services to Veterans' Affairs customers and participate in the MASS Spectacle Supply Scheme. We service surrounding areas in the centre-north Sunshine Coast and are centrally located between the towns of Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Yandina Creek, Yaroomba, Mount Coolum and Marcoola.

I wanted to become an optometrist as I was interested in the health field and optometry allowed me to meet people, understand their problems and help solve their visual concerns. I graduated from QUT in 1995 and have now been practising for 21 years and have a professional interest in contact lenses and retinal disease. Outside the practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, at the beach and bush walking.
Giving back
Bill Evans Optometrists actively sponsor and support local schools, sporting and community clubs, as well as provide fund raising support for local individuals in need. Our practice is also a collection point for the Lions Recycle for Sight program.
