Having worked in a corporate environment in the past, we wanted the freedom to provide a personal service centred around the individual. Our independence gives us the freedom to offer a highly tailored service in conjunction with professional advice and management.

Matthew and his wife moved into the Bulleen area 15 years ago and absolutely loved the community feel and demographic. Both of their children attend local schools and they have made many friends over the years and continue to do so through the schools, local sporting clubs and the community.

Matthew Leggio
I became an Optometrist to help my patients with their most important sense, their sight. Enabling people to see better and watching their reaction as their worlds become clearer is what I love about my job. I also enjoy a good chat, and being an Optometrist allows me to meet and talk to a wide range of wonderful and interesting people. In the summer months, I play cricket for the local club, Bulleen Templestowe. In autumn and winter, I coach my son's junior football team, also at Bulleen Templestowe. I find it extremely rewarding coaching a group of young boys, as they continue to improve their skills, and learn to play sport in a good team environment.
Giving back
Matthew is heavily involved with both the Bulleen Templestowe Cricket Club, as a player and junior coach/administrator, and with the Junior Football Club as a coach of his son's team. His wife also coaches the local primary school netball team, so when they are not at work, they can be found at a local sporting venue!
