We are proud to operate as an independent practice because it allows us to take us control of how we choose to run our practice. We have the freedom to offer flexible appointment times so that we can really understand you and take the time to discuss multiple alternatives to help improve your vision.

Robyn Cottier
My career choice was influenced by my passion to help people and memories of my father, who was an amazing optical dispenser in Adelaide. He loved the challenge of a difficult frame fit or prescription, and would always talk about his day over the dinner table. He even established a business called Individual Eyewear, where he produced handmade spectacles Australia-wide, including a pair for Dame Edna Everage and Elton John! I love spending time with my wonderful family, especially my two lovely girls. I also enjoy being creative with photography, pottery and lead-lighting to name a few of my hobbies.
Hannah Thomas
I chose optometry as a career because it allowed me to combine my love for science with my passion for interacting with people every day. I have been an optometrist for 5 year now and am very fortunate to have found a career that is both challenging and rewarding. Even though I moved to Sydney many years ago, I still love exploring the many different areas it has to offer, in particular, its cafes, beaches and scenic walks. I also relish any opportunity to travel and often head back to Queensland on weekends to visit family and friends.
Giving back
We often donate to the local school and sporting clubs to help drive their fundraising activities. Our optometrist, Robyn, participated in Coastrek a few years ago where her team raised over $12,000 for the Fred Hollows Foundation.
