Established in 1994, De Santis Vision Consultants, optometrist in Epping, are a family-owned practice, passionate about providing you with a highly personalised vision solution. It's important to us to provide continuity of clinical care so that you see the same optometrist over time. We also have strong relationships with GPs, ophthalmologists and allied health members in our community to ensure that we can offer you and your family holistic, comprehensive eye care.
We value our clinical freedom. It means we can spend more time with you, both to get to know you and to provide a thorough examination using the most advanced technology available on the market worldwide. We have have the flexibility to hand-select premium, quality fashion frames and the latest in lens technologies.
We are located in a cultural diverse area with a great community feel. Often our clinic resembles a community meeting hub. With the staff all living locally in the northern suburbs we are an extension of the local community. We are located in a vibrant and bustling area neighbouring shopping centres (Dalton Village and Epping Plaza), schools, hospitals and access to public transport.
Our practice is always active in the community. Over the years we have made donations to local schools and sporting clubs; held information booths at the Whittlesea Show, conducted free kindergarten vision screenings, raised funds for Diabetes Victoria, national Vision Research Institute, as well as Optometry Giving Sight. We also have an ongoing collection of preloved frames which are forwarded to the Lions Club, church missions and humanitarian groups in third world countries, to be given to those in need.
