We are 100% owned by an Eltham resident and we understand the local community and have been delivering professional eyecare for the last 17 years. We provide a personal service in a relaxed, friendly environment to provide the best visual solutions for our clients.

We chose to be independent so we would have the freedom to recommend the best lenses and contact lenses for you. We have the freedom to spend more time with each person who visits the practice so we can provide the best service possible. We love getting to know our patients and their families and being a part of the local Eltham community.

Our practice owner grew up in Montmorency and Eltham and attended schools in the area, and is now raising her own family in Eltham - so we absolutely love it here! Our favourite part of Eltham is the friendly people. We also love the trees, parks and wildlife and of course our lovely cafes and shops.

Having worn glasses since I was 8 years old means I have been visiting an optometrist every year since grade 3! When I was 15, I had an amazing optometrist who upon finding out how much I enjoyed science and helping people, suggested I should investigate optometry as a career. I visited Melbourne University's next open day and loved the course and have enjoyed being an Optometrist for the last 20 years. When I have the chance I love going camping and during my time off you can find me spending quality time with my family.
Giving back
We support Optometry Giving Sight which provides spectacles for people in developing countries.We collect old glasses for the Lions Club program. We sponsor local events and donate to local schools. We support JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund through Walkers of Merrett Organisation.
