I had a complicated visual history as a child and was looked after by my local Optometrist who took the time to fit my new contact lenses. From this experience, my science background, and a love of helping people, I decided to become an Optometrist. The confidence boost I got from my contact lenses was something I wanted to give to everyone else.
Megan Zabell
I love meeting so many different people of all ages and helping to improve their vision, it is so rewarding. After hours, I enjoy Martial Arts (Muay Thai), baking and playing the flute.
Giving back
Eyes Optometrists support Optometry Giving Sight by collecting funds from minor repairs and adjustments in store and raising money each October for World Sight Day. We also collect used glasses for Rotary and donate discontinued/old stock to EqualHealth.org.
