Eyes At Narangba is an independent family optometry practice in Narangba, owned and operated by Lisa and Ross Bakker.

Over the past 19 years, our practice has flourished into an experienced and friendly team of dedicated locals who provide you with the absolute best in clinical care and personalised eye care solutions. Our Optometrist, Lisa, has developed her areas of interest in Behavioural/Paediatric Optometry, Vision Therapy and Dry Eye Treatments.

Over the years, we have invested in the latest diagnostic technology to provide you with the best quality eye care. Whether it's glasses, contact lenses or children's behavioural assessments, the Eyes At Narangba team will tailor a vision solution to meet your individual needs, lifestyle and budget.

Why we chose to be independent?

We are passionate about finding individual solutions for each patient we see, and the independent model of practice enables us to fulfil this ethos.

Being our own boss allows us to set our own rules to ensure you always come first. Importantly, Eyes At Narangba is not limited to a small number of frame brands or lenses. We stock around 1,000 frames and have access to over 24,000 via our network of suppliers.

We update and review our range of frames and lenses regularly to ensure we only have the best on offer for our patients. We are not bound to a corporate solution for your eyecare or eyewear, we have no shareholders to please, we consider you (our patients) to be our top priority. Our passion is summed up in our Vision Statement: “Improving quality of life by improving vision”.

What we love about Narangba?

Narangba is a friendly semi-rural community where we chose to settle down and raise our family. After 19 years in Narangba quite a few of our regular patients are like family. No patient is in and out in 10 minutes - we have the privilege of actually knowing our patients personally and taking a real interest in their lives.
