Elise Pocknee
My professional interests are children's vision, eye disease management, ocular therapeutics and rural and community eye care. I have been the President of Optometry South Australia for 5 years and currently sit on Optometry South Australia board. Family time is so important to me, I love spending time with my husband and our three children.
Phil Clem
My interest in Optometry came from an inspirational Optometrist during work experience. From there I developed a passion for eye disease management, contact lenses and ocular therapeutics. In addition to my professional life I have also trekked through the Himalayas and love skiing.
Craig Farmer
My professional interests are in specialty contact lenses, children's vision, ocular therapeutics and eye disease management. In my spare time I enjoy martial arts, riding motor bikes, tennis, camping, church and family activities with my wife and four children.
Tamra Karolewicz
My passion for Optometry is driven by my own personal experience of having low vision. My interests lay in the areas of children's vision, ocular therapeutics, disease management and contact lenses. I was the recipient of the South Australian Young Achievers' ' Rural Doctors' Workforce Agency Rural Health Award.
Giving back
Eyre Eye Centre provides outreach services to remote rural regions of Eyre Peninsula and actively supports Optometry Giving Sight, who provide the gift of sight to communities in third world countries. We contribute to our local community and proudly sponsor sporting associations, schools, community events and local charities.
