At Glenn Howell Optometrist we are focused on you, our customer. We take the time in each eye examination to listen to your needs and concerns so we can help you see better. Our staff are caring and attentive, always striving to deliver great customer service. We are also proud of our range of glasses and products to help you look and feel great.
As an independently owned Optometry practice we have flexibility in the time taken with patients to individualise each eye examination. We also have freedom of choice when selecting our quality range of eyewear and the latest optical equipment used in the practice.
Hamilton and the Western District is a beautiful place to live with beaches, mountains and even volcanoes nearby. We like to take advantage of our surrounds and go hiking as often as we can. The people are welcoming and there are many opportunities to attend events such as art shows and speedway car racing.
The team at Glenn Howell Optometrist is heavily involved in helping the local and global community. Dr. Glenn has been treasurer of the local Rotary Club for many years and has a position on the board of Southern Grampians Adult Education. He also travels to villages in Fiji, Tonga and Tanzania to provide much needed eye care to the locals. Dr. Chris also provides assistance overseas in rural communities in South Africa providing eye examinations on-board the Phelophepa Health train. Our practice manager, Jo, has been treasurer of the Hamilton Eisteddfod for the last 5 years, has been President, Vice President and a committee member of the local Business Association and is an inaugural member of the Hamilton Inner Wheel club, a spin off from Rotary. Finally, Jordan, our Optical Dispenser, has started the Crocodiles basketball team to encourage more people in the community to get active.
