Our dispensers are highly experienced and can fit your lenses or repair your frames on-site.

Why we chose to be independent?
We choose to operate as an independent practice so that we can be wholly client-focused and away from the constraint of corporate initiatives. It gives us the freedom to source products and treatments that we feel are unique to your eye health needs. We also maintain a close relationship with the ophthalmologists in Bendigo and Melbourne to limit lengthy travel times for any of our clients whose eye conditions we co-manage.

The Loddon and Mallee region are a very scenic part of country Victoria, with many people choosing to settle down and raise families here. We have a strong sense of community, with an active local volunteer group that promote a healthy and productive lifestyle. Our community also has a shared focus on supporting and growing local business, and we for one are very grateful and humbled by this.

Jenalle Pye
My mother is a high myope and an incredible country community minded health professional. My brother is partially blind, and I too am a high myope. Through childhood experiences with the eye health industry, I wanted to combine my love of medical science with working and helping country people. I've been an optometrist for 14 years and feel incredibly proud that we can offer our regional patients a complete eye health service, despite our relative isolation. In my spare time, I love experiencing good food and drinks with my family and friends. We are fortunate to live on beautiful Lake Boga, and my husband, four children and I enjoy swimming, water-skiing and boating during Summer and Autumn, as well as going to the beach any chance I get. I also thoroughly enjoy coaching junior netball, as well as still have a run around myself.
Angus Boyd-Law
Vision is an important part of our lives, and is something that can be easily taken for granted. It is very rewarding being able to impact positively on someones life by way of improving their vision. Outside of work, I am a big sports fan and enjoy both spectating and playing tennis as well as going down to see Geelong play at the MCG. I also value catching up with my family and friends, and travelling to new places.
Giving back
We actively support local schools, sporting clubs and charities through volunteer work and donations. Together with Kerang Optical, our optometrists present seminars on eye health to both local health practitioners and the wider community. In conjunction with the Victorian Eyecare Scheme and Aboriginal Health program, we also provide a range of low cost spectacle options in-practice.
