Having a career where I could work with people is very important to me. Optometry allows me to do just that and is a great profession for problem solving. After hours, I love spending time with my husband and 4 children, participating in triathlons and cycling.

Despite having no idea what I wanted to become as I grew up and falling into optometry by chance, I can still say love my job! I've been an optometrist for three years and I love the reward associated with helping someone achieve their optimal vision. I enjoy the challenge of finding the right solution for individual visual requirements. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing netball, and planning my next holiday!

Optom On Collins has a big environmental focus! In addition to collecting pre-loved frames for charity, we also offer contact lens recycling and have set ourselves up to be a paper-free practice!
