RJK Optometry, optometrist Coffs Harbour, has been operating since 1980 and we have an old fashioned view of Optometric Practice. An examination in our practice is not just about checking your eyesight. We pride ourselves on our ability to fully assess any eye condition that crosses our path and take the time to offer comprehensive advice. Naomi, Michael and Pat are all Ophthalmic Medicine Prescribers, allowing us to provide prescription only products to treat some eye conditions. We remember that vision is an essential sense which we use in almost every aspect of life and we want to ensure that your eyes are well-equipped every day.

Michael Jones
I have always had an interest in the healthcare field and after work experience in year 10 I got to see how complex and interesting eyes are. I was immediately hooked and have been practising optometry for the last 25 years. Outside of work I am part of a dads dance troupe at our local dance school and perform at the eisteddfod to embarrass our wives and kids.
Patrick Kelly
Becoming an optometrist gave me the opportunity to integrate science with problem solving and most importantly allowed me to do so on a personal level with my customers. I cycle regularly to keep fit and when time allows, I enjoy surfing and taking the kids to the beach and camping.
Naomi McPherson
I have always been keen to be involved in healthcare and found optometry personally very helpful, having worn contacts and glasses from an early age. Living at the beach, I spend time swimming and keep fit by going to CrossFit 3-5 times a week.
