As an independent optometry practice since November 1985, we offer our community a highly personalised vision care experience. We feel that this serves as an alternative to commercial stores as we have the freedom to provide you with more choice for your eye care.

Our Maroubra community is comprised of families who have been visiting us for 30 years, which equates to 3 generations. We are truly grateful to have met so many wonderful people who have collectively helped to mould us into the practice we are today.

I always had a keen interest in the health care field and was particularly intrigued by Optometry. I've been a practicing optometrist for 36 years and I enjoy interacting and helping to care for our wonderful community, who have in turn provided with invaluable life skills. In my spare time, I enjoy staying fit, organising "Roaming with Robert" walking adventures, fishing, watching the rugby (South Sydney Rabbitohs) and gardening.
Maria Rudan
Optometry appealed to me as a profession as I have a genuine interest in health and am known for my nurturing personality. It gives me the opportunity to improve peoples quality of life and I find that extremely rewarding. In my spare time. I like to read, listen to music, keep fit and attend my children's' weekend soccer games.
