I was always interested in the health industry and Optometry seemed like an exciting profession to work in. Originally from Cambooya on the Darling Downs, I was excited to move to Emerald and make a positive difference in a community that has welcomed me so warmly.
Rod McLennan
I started my career in Toowoomba in 2008, and not long after, moved to Emerald, where I quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and opportunities of living in Central Queensland. I've now been practising for 8 years and am happy to call Emerald home.
Giving back
