What we love about Carlingford?
Carlingford is a great place to raise a family and has beautiful tree lined suburban streets. There are nature reserves, parks and large ovals around which offer plenty of outdoor space for families and recreation. It is a beautiful suburb to live in.

I chose Optometry because it appealed on a number of levels; health care, working with people and sophisticated technologies. Overall, I have to say it was a good choice, helping people to see clearly is definitely a worthwhile occupation.
Bozana Maric
I became an optometrist as I've always been interested in health and people. Optometry allows me to interact with people of all ages and help them with their visual needs and Ocular health. Outside of work I enjoy catching up with family and friends, going to the beach and seeing movies.
Esther Guan
I made the decision to become an Optometrist because it is a primary eye care profession and I enjoy providing expert advice on ocular health and vision problems. Apart from the clinical side of being an optometrist, I also like the fashion aspect of assisting patients to choose frames that look great.

I love that Optometry allows me to help others and, after practising for 30 years, is still an interesting profession. Outside of work I enjoy catching up with my family and friends, reading and traveling.
Giving back
Sparks & Feros Optometrists supports local schools by sponsoring newsletters and events, and regularly provides prizes for local club fund-raisers. Our practice also collects unwanted glasses for the local Lions Club charity to be given to the less fortunate.
