COOPER VISION BACK TO SCHOOL PROMOTION 2020

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to persons under 13 years old who are Australian residents.
  • Employees of ProVision, immediate family members of those employees and employees of any other company associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

  • The Promotion commences on 09:00 02 /01 /2020 and entries close on 17:00 29 /02 /2020. (Promotion Period).
  • Entries can only be submitted at participating optometry practices either hand delivered or by post; entries may not be submitted electronically. For a listing of participating practices visit www.provision.com.au/back-to-school
  • To enter, eligible entrants must submit their own drawing of their favourite holiday experience (details described in the entry form) during the Promotion Period. Entry forms are available at participating optometry practices or can be downloaded at www.provision.com.au/back-to-school

Prizes and winning

  • There will be 10 prizes awarded at each participating optometry practice.
  • The competition is a game of skill. There are no separate age categories within the under 13 years age eligibility criteria for the competition.
  • Winners will be selected by the chosen practice representative/representatives. It is at the sole discretion of the practice representative to ascertain the 10 best entries.
  • Winners will be chosen between 09:00 on 01 /03 /2020 and 17:00 on 04 /03 /2020 at each participating optometry practice where entries were submitted.
  • Winners will receive an individual winners voucher code to be used to choose their own personalised Mini Bento Box. Vouchers can only be redeemed online at stuckonyou.com.au . Vouchers will cover the cost of standard delivery.
  • Each prize is valued at $41.25AUD. The total prize pool value at each participating optometry practice is $412.50.

Prize conditions

  • Winners will be notified by email before midnight 10 /03 / 2020.
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure all details including email address are present on the entry form.
  • Prizes must be claimed prior to 30 /06 / 2020. Vouchers are valid for use until 30 /06 /2020.
  • Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
